Retirement Housing Advisor

BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a retirement housing advisor in Tadcaster to work at a retirement living service for older adults

Hours are 36�per week Monday to Friday.�

The role is initially aq 9 month contract�to start asap but there could be the opportunity for permanent work at a later date.�

Pay rate is �14.26 paye or �18 per hour via umbrella.�

The main function of the role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, ensuring the scheme is maintained and being responsible for resident engagement and involvement.

Other duties will include but not limited too;

� Daily welfare checks with the residents

� Signposting information

� Maintenance reporting

� Health & Safety checks

Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Scheme Manager� or have worked in Social Housing/Supported Living background and have good admin and customer service skills.�
