Retirement Housing Coordinator

BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Coordinator based in Oxford

We have 2 vacancies available, Full time and Part time.

Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Scheme Manager previously or have worked in Social Housing/Supported Living background.

This role will be running a retirement living service for older adults above the age of 55.

Hours- 36 hours per week /25 hours a week

The role is a temporary ongoing position initially with the strong possibility of becoming permanent, looking for this to start ASAP.

Pay - Between �14.26ph PAYE or �17.93ph UMB

The main function of the role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, ensuring the scheme is maintained and being responsible for resident engagement and involvement.

Other duties will include but not limited too;

� Daily welfare checks with the residents

� Signposting information

� Maintenance reporting

� Health & Safety checks

You will need an enhanced DBS which has been issued within the last 12 months or registered on the update service before applying for this position.
