Retrofit Assessor Cardiff

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a building consultancy who are looking for a few retrofit assessors to carry out assessments on social housing properties across South Wales. The client has two large contracts for around 2500 properties in total.
This contract will involve undertaking retrofit and stock condition assessment surveys of dwellings, assessing the existing gas boiler and heating system, any insulation measures, drawing up accurate floor plans of the property, carrying out condition reports, along with conducting site-specific assessments.
All surveys will be carried out on asset management software, no lodgement is required as this is purely a data population exercise.
We will ideally be looking for individuals who have already gained a level 3 qualification in retrofit assessments.
Assessors will be paid per survey, aiming to complete 3-4 a day
