p TSA Surveying is working in partnership with a construction consultancylooking for a Retrofit Assessor to conduct assessments on properties across London. /p p The company is looking for a b full-time Assessor /b to join their fast paced team, gaining on the job experience in a rapidly developing sector. /p p On offer is a competitive salary and company benefits, as well as working and upskilling within an experienced team. /p p This role will involve undertaking Retrofit Assessment surveys of dwellings, /p ul li Assessing the existing gas boiler and heating system. /li li Any insulation measures, drawing up accurate floor plans of the property. /li li Carrying out condition reports, along with conducting site-specific assessments. /li /ul p b We will ideally be looking for individuals who have already gained a level 3 qualification in Retrofit Assessment. /b /p br p JBRP1_UKTJ /p
