Retrofit Assessor

We are currently partnering with an established multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy London, who are recruiting for Retrofit Assessors & Coordinators to join their growing team on a permanent basis.Our client is an RICS registered consultancy who deliver project management, cost consultancy, building surveying, retrofit, fire safety and principal designer services to all areas of the construction and property industry.This is a full-time position with a salary band of around £35,000 and the start date is on notice.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Undertaking retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035, the specification for the energy retrofit of domestic buildingsProviding specialist advice on energy efficiency and renewable energy measures to householders by phone, email and face to face Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clientsDelivering retrofit focused home visits or surveys with minimal supportMaintaining and managing relationships with installers and buildersProviding administrative support to the delivery of projectsSupporting others to maintain appropriate client confidentially at all times in accordance with relevant policies and proceduresLiaising with other staff in the Retrofit team to ensure effective workload planning, project development and delivery Experience required:Level 3 award in Domestic Retrofit AssessmentMembership of a Trustmark Approved Scheme Construction related qualification with experience in the construction industry is preferableFull UK driving licence as this role requires travelSkills, knowledge and expertise required:12 – 18 months experience in delivering Retrofit Assessment Services to clientsHave in-depth knowledge of the Retrofit process and the roles of all stakeholders identified within PAS 2035Rewards and Benefits:Competitive salaryGenerous annual leave entitlement Pension contributionFlexible workingWorking hours:Monday – Friday Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
