Location: Bath, South West

Retrofit Coordinator About you?
The Retrofit Coordinator will be expected to develop retrofit designs both sympathetic to the property, the customer requirements and financial parameters. You will play a key role in delivering our energy improvement targets and ambitions. The Retrofit coordinator will need to have the following skills and background to be successful.
Strong customer service skills
Be qualified with a level 5 diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
Experience in construction project planning and/ or delivery
A background of project delivery in retrofit >5m in value
A background of data analysis
Strong stakeholder management with internal colleagues and external partners
A background of leading projects dealing with scale and costs
