If so, our client, who are a prestigious law firm, located in Central London, is seeking a dedicated Revenue Assistant to join their Finance Department. The firm have a rich history, who are renowned for delivering top-tier legal services to private and commercial clients, particularly excelling in family and private client work.About the RoleAs a Revenue Assistant, you will play a crucial role in converting work in progress (WIP) into compliant invoices, securing timely payments, and resolving payment queries. Your responsibilities will include:Processing and issuing invoices accurately.Ensuring debt collection follows established procedures.Resolving client queries promptly and escalating as needed.Producing weekly and monthly Debtor and WIP reports.Issuing statements and processing credit card payments.Liaising with clients, fee earners, and colleagues to address queries.Maintaining accurate records of all chasing activity.Who They Are Looking ForThey are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with 1-2 years of experience as a revenue assistant, biller, or credit controller, preferably within a professional services environment.
