Revenues and Benefits Officer

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Revenues and Benefits Officer to join a housing association in Cambridge. This role will aim to provide support to the vulnerable.

Job title : Revenues and Benefits Officer
Location : Cambridge
Hours : 37.5 hours a week
Hourly rate : £21-£24ph via umbrella

The Revenues and Benefits Officer will be responsible for:
Provide financial assistance to customers
Ensure customers are collecting the correct benefits
Dealing with customer debt
Ability to set up payment plans
Advice customers with money management/benefit issues

The ideal Revenues and Benefits Officer will have to be:
Caring and professional manner
Ability to work individual and part of a team
Experience working in debt recovery or finance

We are also interested in seeing cvs from Benefits Officer, Income Officer, Debt Recovery Officer .
