Job Description Service Care Solutions are working alongside a Local Authority in Conwy who are looking for an experiencedRevenues Officer to join their reputable team on a temporary contract. Please find a description of the role below.
Role: Revenues Officer (Sundry Invoices)
Rate: £15.80 - £17.55 (umbrella/ltd.)
Contract: 3 months on going.
Working: Hybrid.
Start date: ASAP
Location: Conwy
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of debt recovery processes and financial systems.
Sundry Invoice Management: Assist in developing, maintaining, and controlling the Sundry Invoice process and related records.
Debt Recovery: Maximisedebt collection, arrange payment plans, and assess debtor circumstances. Handle sensitive and complex cases independently when required.
Customer Enquiries: Respond to inquiries from customers, third parties (e.g., Citizens Advice, courts), and provide explanations in line with financial regulations and data protection laws.
Internal Liaison: Collaborate with departments to support debt recovery and advise on financial impacts.
Payment Processing: Accept and process payments using relevant systems.
Court & Enforcement: Represent the council in County Court and liaise with High Court Enforcement Firms for debt recovery.
