We have an exciting opportunity for a strong Reward Analyst to join a face paced Professional Services firm in the City of London. The role will be joining a lean team and offer the opportunity to get involved in various areas of reward.
The Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:
Lead data gathering, modelling and analysis for compensation activities.
Provide benchmarking and analysis (WTW)
Support the continued development of pay frameworks across the firm.
Produce calculations and analysis for pay gap reporting - gender, ethnicity, living wage.
Support the Benefits and Pensions manager with annual enrolments and the collation and analysis of employee data.
Monitor the Reward inbox and act as a key point of contact for employee queries around reward and benefit matters.
Support the Reward harmonisation and integration of any new businesses resulting from acquisitions.
Ensure the integrity of data in the HRIS.
Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, particularly HRBP's.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
2-3 years Reward experience. Particularly within compensation and modelling.
Strong Excel and analytics skills. Ability to build complex models using large data sets.
Highly articulate with excellent communication.
Adaptable with the ability to work within a fast paced and ever evolving environment.
