Service based organisation based in the Manchester area requires a Reward Manager.�



Reporting to the Head of HR this role is a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to be in the office 1 or 2 days a week. This role is responsible for the development of the existing Reward Strategy to allow my client to attract and retain high calibre candidates in their sector.



Duties of the role will include;




  • Developing the long-term Reward Strategy for the business using internal and external tool

  • Looking at industry trends to establish a competitive Reward Strategy on an ongoing basis�

  • Reporting to senior managers and stakeholders in terms of findings within the market and proactive suggestions for change�

  • Looking at current systems within the business across salaries and benefits ensuring that the onboarding process and documentation for new starters is correct�

  • Consent review of all salaries, grading, benefits and rewards to ensure they are competitive to the market and offer an attractive overall package to new starters�

  • Ensuring all new roles are marketed with the correct Rewards to ensure the attraction of new experienced personnel into the business�

  • Responsible for Job Evaluation�

  • Working with senior management for the successful delivery of pay and reward improvements across the business�



The right candidate for this role will have experience in the above having worked in a Senior Reward position. You will also be very proactive and forward thinking. It is essential that you are driven, a self-starter and be able to implement your own ideas pulling on your experience from previous roles.



This role offers a salary of 60-65K and is a real opportunity to work in a business that is extremely employee focused.
