Rewards Manager (EMEA) / 4 month FTC / Start 29th JulyA Creative Agency is looking for an experienced Rewards Manager to join the team on a 4 month fixed term contract basis. Purpose of the Role:The purpose of this role is to flawlessly manage and execute key compensation, reward and mobility processes that are governed through the organisation. This role will be required to bring clarity on the processes, identify the key decisions points and provide talking points for line managers to communicate any changes to individual packages.Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities• Provide competitive packages for senior leader moves and appointments across EMEA.• Support on global job architecture project to drive fair compensation practices across the business, ensuring adherence to and data integrity of the Global Job Architecture framework across all markets• Manage and drive key compensation processes for EMEA• STIP• Executive salary review• Salary Benchmarking Review• Approvals• Support regional leadership to have meaningful reward conversations with their teams.• Build relationships with your key stakeholders– trusted and responsive partner.• Partner with the Finance team to ensure all proposals are approved at the appropriate level.• Updates Compensation system with updates on changes to Executive packages• Processes payroll for the EMEA team• Support the EMEA Talent Leads on global mobility moves and ensure mobility governance is adhered to across the region.• Ensure EMEA participation in the UK Benefits forum.Preferred Qualifications and Experience• Experience of Reward and Mobility practices across a number of markets.• Clear communicator who can identify key messages and deliver them in a simple way.• Attention to detail – can develop reward recommendations with accuracy, in a timely way.• Process mindset – can set out and deliver an approach and process that assures smooth delivery of the key compensation processes.• Experience of working with People leaders and external partners to implement a job architecture approach• Experience of working across multiple markets and cultures.• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels• Strong client/customer service focus.• Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and demonstrate flexibility• Demonstrate a solutions oriented approach• European languages desirablePLEASE NOTE: This role is FTC where you will be paid an annual salary pro rata and taxed at source via PAYE.Start date: 29th July Duration: 4 month FTCLocation: Remote (UK wide) or Hybrid (London)Salary: Depending on experienceFull-time
