We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our clients award winning team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to elderly residents and a strong understanding of the �healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents


• Assessing and developing individualised care plans


• Managing and coordinating care delivery


• Mentoring and training care staff


• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

Qualifications and Experience

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)


• Proven experience working in elderly care, preferably in a care home setting


• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to lead and motivate a team
