We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our clients award winning team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to elderly residents and a strong understanding of the healthcare system.

£35k - £39k per annum depending on experience
Increased rates for nights and excellent over time rates ( time and a half)
Full time permanent contract , maybe some movement on this for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities
Providing high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents
Assessing and developing individualised care plans
Managing and coordinating care delivery
Mentoring and training care staff
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
Qualifications and Experience
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Proven experience working in elderly care, preferably in a care home setting
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
