Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Home Manager for their large care home near Frinton-on-Sea. You will be joining a growing, larger, luxury care organisation that pride themselves on offering non-corporate and supportive/positive working culture of their staff.� �

This role would suit a Home Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully an elderly service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing a new staff team along with ensuring the financial performance of the home.

The Candidate� �� ��

The successful candidate must have experience as a Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports. You must have experience managing predominantly private payer care home and be confident marketing a luxury service in an affluent area. Candidates do�need to be nurse-qualified.� �

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.� �

Requirements���

• Must be nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and confident in working with elderly residents.�


• Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.


• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to market to the private market.

The home is based near Oxford and would be a suitable commute from Colchester, Chelmsford, Sudbury, Ipswich, Felixstowe, Witham, Clacton-on-Sea and Braintree.
