Job Title: Senior Manager - Risk & ValuationsWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Valuation and Investment Risk Specialist . You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks in alternative asset classes, including Private Credit, Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Real Estate.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement risk management and valuation frameworks.Monitor and analyse portfolio risks (market, credit, concentration, operational, valuation, liquidity).Execute valuation assessments for complex illiquid investments.Develop robust valuation policies and ensure regulatory compliance.Liaise with clients and delegates to resolve valuation issues.Support onboarding of new funds/business.Work with financial models for valuation analysis.Report to Senior Management, the Board, and regulatory authorities.Prepare and present valuation reports to clients.Requirements:Experience in risk management and valuation or complex investment management.Experience in Private Equity, Direct Debt, Leveraged Finance, Distressed Investments, Infrastructure Lending, and/or Corporate Valuation.Knowledge of FCA regulatory framework (e.g., LTAF).Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, and/or CAIA .
