My client, a leading international law firm, is urgently seeking an experienced LEGAL risk & compliance professional to join them in their London office - working as their new Risk & Compliance Manager (on either a 6m or 12m FTC basis)
With offices across the UK and Asia, this law firm is recognised by their clients and industry in having a unique culture, market-leading practice groups and a focused approach to finding solutions for complex challenges.
This Risk & Compliance team support the firm across all offices/jurisdictions. The purpose of this position is to provide additional capacity and resource to the firm's Head of Risk & Compliance - you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Head of Risk & Compliance with day-to-day risk & compliance queries
- Dealing with escalated queries from the wider team
- Preparing and providing training on regulatory and other risk & compliance topics
- Assisting and supporting the business with onboarding queries
- Collating and analysing new client and matter information for monthly reports

To be considered for this Risk & Compliance Manager FTC, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have previous LEGAL risk & compliance experience at Supervisor/Manager level
- Be degree educated
- Have a strong understanding of the SRA Codes of Conduct and AML regulations
- Be able to commit to a 6m or 12m FTC, as well as attend the London office at least twice a week
