What You'll Be Doing:

• Assessing & Caring: Provide expert mental health assessments and develop tailored care plans for patients.
• Collaborative Care: Work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver the best outcomes for each patient.
• Promoting Recovery: Empower patients on their recovery journey through therapeutic interventions, support, and encouragement.
• Advocacy & Education: Advocate for patient rights and provide education on mental health to patients, families, and the wider community.
• Continuous Improvement: Help shape best practices in mental health care through active participation in team meetings and training.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified & Experienced: A registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN and relevant clinical NHS experience.
• Empathetic & Patient-Centered: You have a strong understanding of mental health conditions and a compassionate approach to care.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.
• Adaptable & Professional: You're able to work flexibly and professionally in a fast-paced environment, always prioritizing patient care.
