Key Responsibilities:

• Quoting & Organizing Emergency Transport Solutions
  Provide fast, efficient transport solutions to clients via road and air.
• Client Engagement
  Proactively chase quotes and follow up to convert sales, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document Management
  Keep invoices and Proof of Deliveries (PODs) up-to-date, with regular client updates on all contracts.
• Problem-Solving
  Effectively plan and execute logistics to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Experience in road freight shipments (a must).
• Strong Customer Service/Sales Skills, particularly over the phone.
• Excellent IT Skills for managing logistical solutions.
• Understanding of EU Regulations for road transport and customs procedures.
• A proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn (full training will be provided!).
