The Role: As a Roller Operator, you will be responsible for operating the Roller and other relevant machinery, helping to lay Blacktop and other surfacing materials in line with industry specifications. Key duties include:

• Operating the Roller and other plant machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assisting the team with tasks such as laying and wheelbarrowing coated materials.
• Performing routine maintenance of plant equipment and maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
• Communicating effectively with team members and following instructions from the Foreman.
• Operating other machinery, such as pavers or chippers, if licensed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 1 year's experience in Roller Driving.
• A valid CSR card.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Familiarity with Blacktop and asphalt machinery, with an understanding of safety regulations (BS tolerances).

Location & Hours:

• Based in Ballynahinch, with daily travel to job sites in the company van.
• 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
