Position Overview:�We are seeking an experienced Roofer with a strong background in flat roofing and cladding. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and proficiency in single ply welding. This role involves covering various projects across the Central Belt of Scotland, ensuring the delivery of high-quality roofing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform flat roofing and cladding work on various projects.


• Utilize single ply welding techniques to complete roofing tasks.


• Conduct roof inspections and assessments to determine necessary repairs or installations.


• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations.


• Collaborate with team members and other tradespeople to ensure efficient project completion.


• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.


• Travel to different job sites across the Central Belt of Scotland, with a company-provided van and fuel.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing, with a focus on flat roofing and cladding.


• Proficiency in single ply welding.


• Strong understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
