Job DescriptionFull job descriptionRKM UTILITIES Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Roofer to join our client-growing team. Our client specialises in security and renewable energy systems working locally to move onto a nationwide basis.Role: Conduct assessments of roofs to determine suitability for solar installations. Re-tile/re-roof as requiredExecute solar panel installations on domestic and commercial projects, including mounting and roofing. You will not be responsible for any electrical installations.Ensure precise and efficient installation of solar PV panels and railing while adhering to safety and quality standards.Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute installation activities.Assist in the procurement of materials and coordinate with subcontractors as needed.Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues to ensure project success.Requirements: To be considered for this role candidates will need to show the following.Proven experience in solar panel installations and roofing.Familiarity with domestic & commercial roofing systems and solar mounting structures.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Capability to assess roofs for solar installation feasibility.Willingness to undertake training and stay updated on industry best practices.Commitment to safety and quality standards.Clean and valid UK driving license.Benefits: Successful Candidates will benefit from the following. Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.New van provided for work-related travel.Hilti tools supplied for effective job performance.Company phone, tablet, and laptop for professional use.Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding department.·
