Job Title: Roofer / Multi-Trader
Pay: �21 per hr + company van
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity: �21 per hour on a temp basis, moving to �36,000 per year when permanent

Are you an experienced Roofer / Multi-Trader looking for a rewarding temp-to-perm role with the stability of a full-time salary?
We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Roofer / Multi-Trader to join a well-established company working on social housing contracts.
As the Roofer / Multi-Trader, you will enjoy:

• �21 per hr during the temp period (self-employed or PAYE)
• A permanent salary of up to �36,000 upon successful placement
• The opportunity to work with a reputable company on essential social housing contracts
• Van and fuel card supplied by the company

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Roof repair, maintenance, and installation
• General property maintenance within social housing properties
• Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction in occupied residences

Requirements:

• Experience in roofing and multi-trade tasks (bathroom fitting experience preferred)
• Previous experience in social housing maintenance preferred
