Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Roofer on behalf of an organisation to carry out maintenance and repair work on residential properties, focusing on tiles, soffits, and fascias.

Responsibilities of the Roofer Mate:

• Repair and replace roof tiles, ensuring they are secure and weatherproof.
• Maintain and repair soffits and fascias, ensuring proper drainage and structural integrity.
• Inspect roofs and identify necessary repairs.
• Ensure remedial works are completed within the agreed timeframe.
• Adhere to health and safety standards on-site
• Manage tools and equipment effectively.

Essential Experience of the Roofer Mate:

• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing (minimum) or 5+ years of roofing experience.
• Working at Heights certification (required).
• Own vehicle (van) required.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
