Location: Manchester & Lancashire areas
Job Type: Temporary-Permenant

We're excited to work with one of our esteemed clients, a leading provider of social housing maintenance services, to recruit for a Roofer. The successful candidates will service properties across the Manchester/Lancashire Area.

You will be required to work on tenanted properties to complete responsive maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Work on various roofing projects, ensuring safety and quality.
• Meet client expectations and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Asebstos Awareness
• NVQ or equivalent in Roofing (Preferred but not Essential)
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Experience in social housing maintenance and customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Previous experience as a Roofer & Roofer's Mate

Skills Needed:

• Renew slates and tiles etc
• Renew Felt and Batten
• Pointing
• Lead work.
• Repair flat roofs.
