Roofer

MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Roofer to join a social housing contractor paying �19.29 per hour CIS with a company van and fuel card supplied. This role will be working within the responsive repairs team and will be covering the Skelmersdale area.

Working Hours Mon-Fri 8am-17:00pm with a half hour break.

Job details:

Key Accountabilities will include:

• Undertake repair/renewal roofing works
• Communicate effectively with the scheduler, residents and line manager
• Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements
• Remain up-to-date with technical and legal requirements of skill area
• Work in partnership with other operatives to complete repairs when required
• Complete work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken, via a PDA

Hold a trade qualification in Roofing

A basic DBS check will need to be carried out if successful and a UKATA OR IATP Asbestos Awareness course will be required.
