We are seeking an experienced Roofing & Cladding Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for analysing project specifications and requirements to determine accurate cost estimates. You will play a crucial role in ensuring cost control and profitability for our projects.

Responsibilities:

- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand project requirements

- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes

- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options

- Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals in a timely manner

- Maintain a database of historical cost data for future reference

- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide regular reports to management

- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques

- Proficient in using estimating software and tools

- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills

- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Cladding, Metal and Flat Roofing experience required

Skills:

- Cost control: Ability to analyze project costs and implement strategies to control expenses
