We have an exciting opportunity for an Estimator with specialist roofing experience to join a busy contractor in Portsmouth. The business specialises in pitched and flat roofing systems, working with various reputable main contractors across the UK. Projects are across the education, healthcare, commercial and residential sectors.

About the role of Estimator:

As Estimator, you will play an integral part of the team, reporting into the Senior Management team. You will be responsible for pricing projects with various main contractors. You will be able to build good relationships with contractors and establish repeat business.

Key Responsibilities as Estimator:

• Purchasing
• Contract Negotiation
• Business Development
• Customer Relationship Management.

Key requirements for this Estimator position:

• Experience pricing pitched and flat roofs
• Educated to HNC level
• Be happy to commute to Portsmouth / site as required
• Have the full right to work in the UK
