Roofing Site Manager

I'm looking for a Roofing Site Manager for a repairs contract working in Stoke. This role will include managing a team of Subcontractors and Direct Labour Teams
The Social Housing Roofing Site Manager will be needed to:

• Ensure H&S is kept tot he highest standard
• Liaise with the client and ensure the smooth running of the contract
• Appraise RAMS
• Arrange and complete inductions
• Carry out weekly inspections
• Manage Direct and Subcontractor labour
• Report back to the contract manager

Ideally, I'm looking for a Roofing Site Manager that:

• Holds their SMSTS
• Holds their 1st Aid Awareness
• Holds their Man Handling, Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness (can be taken online)
• Has experience working on Roofing contracts

In return, the Roofing Site Manager will receive:

• �27 per hour
• ongoing work
