Room Attendants

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a busy operational hotel in Dunblane and we are seeking immediate Room Attendants to help support our client starting this week. Driving is essential for this role as no accommodation is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising bathrooms.
• Ensure that rooms are stocked with necessary amenities such as towels, toiletries, and stationery.
• Notify the management of any maintenance issues or missing items in guest rooms.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, addressing their needs promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

We are looking for passionate, positive and friendly Room Attendants who are immediately available to work on a shift basis (Hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri, 9.30-3.30 Sat & 10-4 Sun) who have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to prioritise as well as organise their day. Hospitality experience is essential and someone who can service between 7-10 bedrooms per day.
