Anderselite is currently recruiting a Roving Facilities Manager for a permanent position with a leading property management and real estate services firm. This role involves overseeing and managing budgets for multiple properties across the Greater London area. The position offers a blend of remote work and on-site duties, encompassing office, retail, and industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure delivery of legally compliant, safe, and customer-focused environments
  • Foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Coordinate and conduct property inspections
  • Ensure compliance with risk management practices
  • Conduct Health & Safety risk assessments
  • Manage suppliers and contractors
  • Oversee sustainability initiatives and routine reporting

Ideal Candidate Will Have:


  • Experience in multi-site commercial property management
  • Strong knowledge of service charge budgets
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
  • Membership in a professional body such as IWFM or equivalent
