Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional Saturday work if required)

Salary up to �25,900

I have been instructed to recruit a Manufacturing Team Member to join our client based in Andover, Hampshire.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Cutting and checking orders during the production stage.
• Following set production and manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Labelling and dispatching orders to meet quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.

This is a physical role, working with a team environment where lifting requirements will be shared, and health and safety adhered to.

What we are looking for:

• A 'can do' attitude and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and meet production targets.
• Adherence to health & safety policies.

Previous commercial sewing experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
