Rural Surveyor / Estates Manager

You’ll collaborate with in-house conservation and heritage experts, tenants, and stakeholders, playing a key role in sustainable land and asset management. /p p br /p p strong What You'll Do /strong /p ul li Manage agricultural tenancies, land management schemes, woodland and deer management. /li li Handle landscape projects, access rights, lease negotiations, and property transactions. /li li Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues. /li /ul p br /p p strong Requirements /strong /p ul li Chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. /li li Knowledge of land use, agriculture, asset, and land management. /li li Experience in environmental issues, conservation, sustainable development, and regenerative farming. /li li Strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. /li /ul p br /p p strong Benefits /strong /p ul li Salary: £53,000+ per annum. /li li Hybrid working: balance office, home, and site visits. /li li Work in beautiful estates including Chartwell, Ightham Mote, White Cliffs, Sissinghurst, and more. /li li Contribute to conservation as part of the UK’s biggest private landowner. /li /ul p br /p p strong Location & Travel /strong /p ul li Based near Tunbridge Wells, with weekly attendance required. /li li Full driving license and access to a vehicle necessary; business mileage claimable. /li /ul p br /p p Your application will be dealt with in the strictest confidence by Dan Cole.
