The Senior Associate Director/Director will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day relationships with Estate Management clients, overseeing property portfolios, financial matters, and estate employees while providing strategic advice to optimise clients' assets.
Oversee agricultural, commercial and residential property portfolios
Handle financial reporting, budgeting and performance
Manage estate employees effectively
Extensive experience in rural sector
Project management, planning and development expertise
Excellent networking, selling and presentation skills
Strong financial management capabilities
