Rural Surveyor job based in Lewes, East Sussex, for a leading UK rural consultancy joining their rural land management team. Salary is negotiable depend on experience + bonus + car allowance + life assurance + hybrid working + 27 days holiday.

The position is with a top-tier rural consultancy renowned for their expertise in estate management, development, and valuation. You'll be part of a well-established team with opportunities for career growth. Our client is also open to candidates at
Senior Rural Surveyor, Associate Director, or Senior Associate Director level for their Lewes office. The role encompasses rural estate management, valuation, planning, and development.

Role & Responsibilities

• Secure new business with new and existing clients
• Act as the Principal Agent for rural estate management clients
• Estate and farming business reviews including diversification projects
• Produce and implement strategic plans
• Assisting clients with the promotion of strategic land
• Provide tailored solutions to clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• MRICS
• Proven track record in rural consultancy
• UK Driving Licence and car.
