Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch customer service to our Russian-speaking clients
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
* Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
