An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clerk of Works to come and join a busy client in Wakefield,West Yorkshire.
As the experienced Clerk of Works, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and adoption of highways and infrastructure works associated with new developments under Section 278 and Section 38 agreements. You will work closely with contractors, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all works are carried out to the highest standards, in compliance with relevant legislation, design specifications, and the council's requirements.
