We would love to hear from you!Role Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Partner Strategy: Create and continuously improve our partner strategy to align with business goals.Opportunity Identification: Proactively find and qualify opportunities within the assigned segment (EMEA) .Outbound Calls: Prospecting will be 50% of your initial workflow to build up your pipelineClient Acquisition and Pipeline Management: Efficiently acquire new clients at scale by developing, prospecting, and nurturing a pipeline of business opportunities.CRM Management: Thoroughly manage our CRM, ensuring opportunities and client interactions are up-to-date.Key Decision-Maker Identification: Identify key decision-makers, assess deal readiness, and drive sales and revenue.Close Opportunities: Working closely with the CEO and the global technology team.Negotiate Terms: Negotiate contractual terms with individual clients.Onboarding Experience: Manage client training and onboarding, and ensure their expectations and development needs are met.Global Relationship Building: Build and nurture global relationships with decision-makers at all levels in the commercial real estate industry.Strategic Planning and Implementation: Help brainstorm and implement strategic plans to enhance our marketing, sales processes, and market share.And in true entrepreneurial spirit, we are not just a job description...
