Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of Graduate Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The ideal candidate will not only have a proven track record in managing sales teams but will also bring strong leadership and coaching capabilities. You’ll be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring that graduates quickly adapt to the sales environment, and guiding them towards success.

Responsibilities

* Manage and coach a team of Graduate SDRs: Ensure each team member develops into a high-performing sales professional.

* Design and implement sales development strategies: Help new hires understand the fundamentals of sales and execute effective sales tactics.

* Monitor and assess performance: Provide continuous feedback and guidance to improve skills, morale, and results.

* Collaborate with senior management: Align training and development programs with business goals, working alongside other sales managers.

* Stay ahead of industry trends: Ensure the team is equipped with the latest tools and techniques in sales.

* Lead by example: Inspire the team by demonstrating effective sales techniques and processes.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (essential).

* 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on coaching or training graduate-level employees.

* Proven ability to manage and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed targets.

* Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

* Strong organizational skills and a hands-on management approach.
