We are currently seeking experienced Child safeguarding Social Workers for temporary positions in the North East regions.- Redcar

Job Description:
As a Child safeguarding Social Worker with Randstad, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding and ensuring the well-being of children in the North East Area.
This challenging yet highly rewarding role will require you to work with dedication and empathy to protect and support vulnerable children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children at risk or in need.
• Develop and implement child protection plans in collaboration with families, support networks, and relevant agencies.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to children and their families facing complex and sensitive situations.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive safeguarding plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to children and families involved in the safeguarding process.
• Advocating for the rights and best interests of children in all interactions and decision-making processes
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Social Work England (SWE) as a Social Worker
• Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding social work.
• Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to safeguarding children.
• In-depth knowledge of UK child protection legislation and policies.
