£94,500 - £99,000 per annum Indemnity paid + BMA model + 8 weeks leave This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a small, very sociable and very tight-knit teaching practice in a popular residential suburb of Plymouth. You will join as a Salaried GP but with a view to becoming a Partner in 6 months (or 12 months if you d prefer a longer mutual assessment period). The current Partnership is young, dynamic and incredibly passionate and patient centred. They are not a money-orientated practice but are managing to strike a balance between patient care and financial stability. There is no buy-in to the Partnership given their fantastic modern, purpose-built premises are leased, meaning accessibility to the Partnership is excellent and doesn t require a business loan. Work/life balance is also prioritised and the practice offers 8 weeks of leave to both its Partners and Salaried GPs. Salary c£11,000 per session (whilst Salaried), plus indemnity and BMA-equivalent contract Location Plymouth (suburbs) The surgery GP Teaching Practice with 2nd and 4th year medical students long-time GP Training Practice with aspirations to start hosting Registrars again in near future Geared towards reducing GP workload Home-visiting Paramedics Outstanding workflow team GP Assistant handling virtually all documents including all routine pathology Support from a Physio, Counsellor, Mental Health Youth Worker and Pharmacy Tech, leaving GPs to focus on GP-related work Purpose-built, modern premises the envy of the local area!
