Job Description Summary An innovative, stable and successful GP Training Practice offering forward-thinking General Practice. The Practice has a dynamic team of Partners who are open to and encourage change. The team is diverse; you'll be working alongside Physios, ANPs and Pharmacists. The day-to-day workload has been kept at a reasonable level despite current pressures, meaning you'll see a workload commensurate with the BMA's recommendation - 25 patients per day. Further to the workload, you will also have a session of CPD per week (FTE). Salary - £10,500 - £12,500 per session (DOE) + BMA model contract + Indemnity insurance paid + NHS Pension + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave. Location - North Herefordshire The surgery - Partner-led with diverse interests Excellent Management in place Rural North Herefordshire with low deprivation rates GP Training Practice - actively involved with registrars Friendly and supportive employer Successful Dispensing Practice Strong CQC rating Consistently pilots local initiatives Exciting expansion plans Your role - Flexible between 4-8 sessions per week 25 patients per day Low home visit burden No extended access - this has been contracted out. Minimal admin thanks to Clinical Pharmacists and efficient back-office team Sessions to include a Monday or a Friday To be a caring GP and enjoy working as part of a multi-skilled team.
