Any prospective incoming GP would be joining a team of 4 partners and 5 salaried GP as well as the wider team of ANPs, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses and PCN team. Workloads are routinely monitored allowing clinicians time to focus on patient care and quality outcomes for their patients. There have been significant efficiencies made to workflow and administration and home visits are infrequent.
