This surgery is made up of a fantastic multi-disciplined team that offers patients the opportunity to see the right clinician at the right time, whilst allowing GPs specifically to focus on what they are required for. This practice has excellent leadership in place, offering GPs the chance to pursue any specialist interests and clinical progression possible. Working alongside a number of GPs, as well as ANPs, Paramedics and Pharmacists this practice has created an excellent workload balance for clinicians, avoiding too much admin for any one person which streamlines day to day activities. Backroom staff help to make a massive difference to GP workload as well this is VERY much a team unit!
