Sales Account Executive – Job Purpose, Tasks, and Responsibilities



In this 360-degree sales role, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own client base and sell our training and consultancy services to both new and existing clients.



You will be responsible for:




  • Spending a set period of time each day on outbound calls and Teams meetings, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions.

  • Managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients, while identifying and developing new business.

  • Handling inbound enquiries and maximising sales potential from each interaction.

  • Maintaining clean and accurate data on key decision-makers in client organisations.

  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets.

  • Delivering high levels of customer service to both new and existing clients.

What We’re Looking For



To be successful in this role, you must have / be:




  • Demonstrable experience in a similar sales role, particularly in working to sales targets and KPIs.

  • Experience in outbound B2B sales and customer service, ideally in a regulated industry like accountancy or education.

  • Proficiency with Excel, CRM systems, and digital platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom.

  • A high level of personal motivation, professionalism, and a growth mindset.



It would be a plus if you also have:




  • Experience selling training products and events.
