We build best-in-class SaaS solutions and are on an exciting growth journey. To help us on this growth journey, we are seeking an Account Executive. As a Account Executive at AGR you will be engaging directly with small to medium sized businesses within the wholesale and retail industries, helping them to grow. With the help of the marketing team you will use proactive and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business. You will use your knowledge of digital transformation and change management to act as a trusted advisor and business consultant to the customer, running the sales process end to end with them.We love our informal work environment, and our team is creative and dynamic, with very dedicated employees. Develop and be responsible for your own annual and quarterly sales budget Find new prospects from both inbound, outbound and self-sourced leadsClose new business at or above quota on a quarterly basis Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level Work collaboratively with AGRs marketing, technology and customer success departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features are introduced Run online and in-person product demonstrationsMain requirements3+ years in a quota carrying roleExperience in software (SaaS experience is a big plus)Have presented and pitched to C-level executives on a business changeWholesale or retail industry knowledge (supply chain knowledge is a big plus)Goal orientated with track record of overachieving on monthly, quarterly & annual targets Management of monthly and annual pipeline as well as proven accuracy in forecastingTrained and/or certified in a standardised sales methodWho excels in this role?An understanding of how businesses grow, and confidence advising C-level executives on growth strategies Genuine curiosity about business and technology A growth mindset and a habit of seeking feedback for self-development High performance in areas outside of professional work (E.g hobbies, sport, creative) Having taken on additional responsibility in a team environment (E.g coaching, mentoring, team projects)Practical conditions regarding the Job and other informationThe office is based in Warrington, Cheshire with the ability to work from home Responsibility: Mainly UK marketSolid base salary and attractive bonus modelSome travelling outside UK is to be expected (mainly Iceland, Denmark & Porto)Amazing colleagues to learn from and enjoy company social outings, parties, and eventsStarting date: ASAP
