Sales & Account Manager (Higher Education)Are you a commercially astute Account Manager with a knack for engaging with academics and senior decision-makers in universities? Edumundo is looking for a dedicated Sales & Account Manager to join our dynamic team.About the RoleThis is a remote position with occasional travel across the UK and to our head office in the Netherlands. You will manage and nurture relationships with our major clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and maximise their use of Edumundo products. Your role will involve selling the entire suite of Edumundo products and services to a range of stakeholders including academics, module leaders, programme leaders and the senior leadership teams of universities. Additionally, you'll explore opportunities to introduce new products to our clients. Your approach will be consultative, focusing on understanding the unique needs of each client and providing tailored solutions that enhance their educational offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up on leads and sales inquiries from academics interested in our demonstrations.Initiate and attend sales meetings online and at universities (primarily business schools).Present our comprehensive suite of online learning solutions to university subject groups, curriculum leaders, and senior leadership teams (Chairs, Deans, Directors, etc.).Map out programme structures at defined accounts to identify opportunities for deploying our products.Develop client contact maps and strategies to gain introductions to key contacts.Provide consultative support, understanding clients' specific challenges and recommending Edumundo products that best meet their needs.Ensure broad knowledge of Edumundo's product portfolio within major accounts to maximise engagement and sales opportunities.About EdumundoEdumundo is an innovative EdTech SME with a global reach. Our client base includes over 400 universities, in all continents of the world, helping more than 100,000 students annually to improve their lives through learning.We offer three main product lines:Business Simulations: Linking theory to practice, these simulations allow students to manage their own (virtual) company, developing real-world skills for employment.EdStacks: Providing learning materials in an engaging and interactive format.Engagement Apps: Gamifying the university experience both on campus and online to boost student engagement.About YouA UK Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Higher Education, publishing, or a related industry.Preferably have account management experience.Excellent presentation skills, comfortable with online meetings, hosting events, and webinars.Strong writing skills, as emailing is our primary mode of communication with clients.Proficient in using social selling techniques to build trust with customers and develop your own pipeline of opportunities.Highly efficient with time management and diligent in following up with clients.A consultative approach to understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions.Ability to effectively sell the entire suite of Edumundo products and services to senior university decision-makers.What We OfferRemote working with flexible hours.A strong emphasis on work-life balance.Salary OTE: £65,000 - £70,000, depending on experience, including a performance-based bonus (base salary: £40,000 - £45,000). Uncapped bonus scheme (Sales Incentive Plan).Part of the strategic leadership team – reporting directly to a director.
