The Commercial Business Manager will be responsible for:



· Developing current reseller relationships by providing mentoring and support to maximise reseller partner sales.



· Recruit and support only the most dedicated professionals to join our respected roster of partners.



· Organise and run professional eco-max reseller partner training sessions.



· Meet and exceed set targets and KPI’s.



· Following the full sales cycle from concept to completion to close deals.



· Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders.



· To ensure the Reseller Partners have everything they need to complete their tasks and sales.



· Manage resources and prioritise workloads within the department to ensure achievement of service standards

· Take full responsibility for regularly updating own knowledge and monitoring team’s knowledge of regulations, company products, processes, and procedures.



· Utilising and updating our CRM system for recording activity and reporting.



· Following the full sales cycle from concept to completion to close deals.



The Commercial Business Manager will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge:



Essential:



· Experience of working in a demanding sales role



· Previous sales experience



· Proven, strong leadership / management qualities and skills. Must have excellent organisational and communication skills.



· Must be able to assist Partners with presentations and closing deals.



· Account Management / Partner Management experience



· Excellent oral and written communication skills



· Personal integrity and pride in work



· Ability to work to tight deadlines.



· Analytical and results driven.



· Driving license (essential)



· Ability to work on own initiative.



· Ability to effectively prioritise busy workload



Desirable:



· Industry experience



· Proven, strong leadership / management qualities and skills.



Other requirements for the role are:



Full training will be given, although the following would be an advantage:



· Good communication and interpersonal skills.



· Organised and able to complete tasks within time limits.



· Work independently and as part of a team to achieve a goal.



· Polite and helpful with a positive 'can do' attitude.



· Passionate about saving energy, carbon, and helping mitigate climate change.





This is a remote role, you will occasionally be required to attend the office in South Yorkshire for training or sales meetings.
