Sales Manager / Key Account Manager required for Pest Control product company - home based to cover Ireland. Their current brand portfolio includes B&G Equipment, Pest-Stop, Insect-O-Cutor, Network, Synergetic, Green Protect, Edialux Home-Pet-Plant Protection, Edialux Professional, Curtis Dyna-Fog, Agrisense, Silvandersson, Luxan, Denka and P+L Systems Washroom.The Professional Pest Control (Pro-Pest) market is one of the Pelsis Groups core strategic channels.The UK Pro-Pest market is underpinned by a dedicated team who put customer service and technical support at the heart of the companys activities.The Sales Manager / Key Account Manager will take on a portfolio of clients and will also find new business opportunities.Sales Manager / Key Account Manager responsibilities:Account ManagementMaintain regular contact with customers on buying platform.Sell the full range of Pelsis group products to your customers. Ensure customers remain adequately stocked with Pelsis group range, introducing new products where possible.Provide up to date product information, including product changes.Develop understanding of each customer, the market they sell into and the way they promote the products.Ensure Pelsis is the sole supplier by selling the features, advantages and benefits of our products.Develop understanding and keep up to date with competitors productsNew Business DevelopmentConvert new business is fundamental to success in the role and also expanding offering to current customer base.Aim to visit and convert as many prospects as possible whilst on trip.AdministrationProduce monthly report demonstrating previous months results and predicted sales for following month.Forecast sales position accurately.Produce accurate trip reports and submit to Sales Manager before departure and update CRM.Responsible for all expenses, submit expenses forms to Sales Manager.Responsible for resolving any issues relating to payment working with Credit Control dept.Input any customer complaints onto complaint system and forward to customer service team to follow up.Sales Manager / Key Account Manager requirements:Looking for a Hunter who will use initiative and stive to over deliverGood level of education and qualificationsPrevious sales experience essentialProduct sales experience an advantage
