Sales Account Manager / Sales Order Processor required for our Client that are based in central Chichester. The role would suit an eager, driven and ambitious person with clear communication skills. Full specific job and product training will be provided but some experience, knowledge or experience in sales and customer service is essential as well as being able to use of Microsoft Excel, and ideally Sage.
On a day to day basis the role is sales account management, and sales order processing. This means that you will be dealing with end users, contractors and trade account responding to phone orders, online orders, product and general enquiries. You would also be involved with processing the orders, stock levels, delivery options, payments, returns etc.
For any trade accounts that you manage you would assist accounts with chasing aged debts and invoice processing as well as ensuring they are happy with the product offering etc. As it is an office based position more general office / sales administration tasks will be completed as and when required to meet and exceed customer demand and expectations.

Sales Account Manager Job Requirements

Sales Administration, Customer Services or Office Administrator experience
Based within a commutable distance of Chichester
Proven clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
